The Reworked Denim Hobo Bag began completely by accident while cleaning up the UKID workspace. A pair of pants was temporarily tied around the neck to free up both hands, and suddenly… there it was. What started as a practical moment became the inspiration for a completely new way to wear denim.

Handcrafted from repurposed denim pants, this spacious crossbody preserves the recognizable structure of the original garment while transforming it into a functional statement bag. The legs become the extended crossbody strap, creating the distinctive continuous silhouette that makes this design unlike a traditional denim purse.

And some of the best parts of the pants are still functional.

The original button and zipper remain usable, providing an additional way to access the bag from the bottom when needed. The original pocket positioned away from the body also gives you a convenient place to keep your phone or other small essentials within reach.

The roomy interior makes it easy to carry everyday necessities without sacrificing the relaxed, unconventional style that inspired the design in the first place.
