UKID Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping UKID! Each order is handled with care, and many of our pieces are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or created using reclaimed and sustainable materials. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.

Made-to-order, personalized, and custom items require additional creation time. Estimated processing times will be provided within the individual product description whenever applicable.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping

Shipping is included in the listed price of UKID products, so there is no additional standard shipping charges added at checkout.

Delivery times shown by the shipping carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of UKID's control.

Multiple-Item Orders

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items may be shipped together once all items are complete. If your order will require separate shipments, additional information will be provided when applicable.

Please Check Your Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact UKID as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps. UKID is not responsible for carrier delays or packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout; however, we'll do our best to assist you with available carrier information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup or drop-off may be available for select Houston-area orders when stated during checkout or arranged directly with UKID. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
